Elementary – Karate NY

Karate provides students with self-defense skills while developing a discipline for mind and body. Lessons begin with a warm up and stretching, followed by learning basic moves all while developing team spirit and having fun with games. Vladyslav Burdeinyi, a black belt, is a 2013 World Cup champion, a former Ukrainian national team member and has 10 years of experience teaching karate.
