ARCTIC TIE – a mnemonic for HudsonWay’s Values

In the first few weeks of school students took a deep dive into what it means to live the values of HudsonWay - Accountability, Respect, Communication, Teamwork, Innovation, Community Service, Transparency, Integrity, Excellence. Teacher Yonca Oktay led a rich discussion on each value, what it looks and sounds like, and created scenarios that demonstrated them. Teacher Shanshan Zhang created games to help her students internalize their meanings.
